Looking for 2 Technical specialist will be responsible for the design, development and system integration for the various Credit Data Ownership (CDO) programs under Credit Risk Interface (CRI). The candidate would be working closely with the requirements team, business users to understand Business Requirements and design, develop and test the solution. The candidate would be working closely with the offshore team providing the technical guidance, design and will be responsible for the timely implementation of the requirements. He/ She will be involved in the requirements analysis phase of the project. The candidate would be responsible for interacting with multiple project teams during the project implementation. The candidate will be required to be able to demonstrate strong leadership and will need to contribute hands-on.
· Strong experience in J2EE technologies in a web development environment (XML, XSL, Web Services, JMS, Spring Framework, SOA Architecture)
· Experience in developing Rich Internet Application (RIA) using AJAX or Flex
· Strong Object Oriented Development experience with end-to-end application design and development
· Oracle database development experience including, but not limited to, creating stored procedures, query optimization, performance tuning.
· Strong experience in designing, documenting enterprise applications by producing Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams etc.
· Familiarity of Staffware, ALBPM or other Business Process Management (BPM) tools a plus
· Basic working knowledge of Unix operating systems including, but not limited to, basic shell scripting
· Good documentation & presentation skill desiredExperience with load testing and performance monitoring tools a plus.

· Works collaboratively with team members distributed across multiple locations on development, troubleshooting, and other technical efforts
· Document designs, test plans, etc. as needed to consistently deliver high quality solutionsInteracts with clients to understand, analyze the requirements and suggest solution for the same.
· A Bachelor?s degree in computer science
· 7 years or more of industry experience in related technologies
· 5 years or more of experience designing and implementing Oracle tables , statements, triggers and stored procedures
· Solid ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience with source code management, SDLC life cycle management, client management
