Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Newark, DE

Manage the project to develop a complex web application. The PM will focus on the managing the project deliverables and communications with the various external teams.Duties: Performs day-to-day management of development team tasks including the interfacing with QA Testing and Business requirements leads as needed Manages and guides team in their daily tasks Ability to react and provide quick turnaround to client requirements and management requests Provide Project Support as and when required Work closely with Production support if required post-project deployment Ability to prepare project plans Complete familiarity with SDLC processes Notify Management concerning bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns Candidate will need some prior hands-on programming experience in a technical environment, including Web Development Excellent organization skills, demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly Excellent communication skills Relationship builder and team player Ability to respond under pressure to many demands.

The Tech PM is expected to be technology savvy, must have project management experience in the past managing large high-paced projects and work with large functional teams.Education: B.A. or B.S. degree or 6 years of equivalent experience in a related field.General Experience: Must have 14+ years of progressive information technology experience in beginning with developing state-of-the-art mission critical web based applications to Tech Lead onto PM role preferably in the financial sector.
