KEY EXPERIENCE:

Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Translates detailed design into computer software. Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency

5-7 years of SQL Server 2000, 2005 with preference toward candidate who has SQL 2008 experience.
10 years of COBOL (at least 3 of those years need to be in Windows COBOL)
Team lead experience with preference toward offshore management
Exposure to insurance industry
History of analytical problem solving (references required)
Local to Wilmington (within 1 hour commute)
Prefer experience in Centura for Windows (Gupta)
