Title: Oracle Developer w/ Capital Markets (Asset management, Brokerage, Exchanges / related product company - Trading and Compliance System)

KEY EXPERIENCE: Capital Markets (Asset management, Brokerage, Exchanges / related product company - Trading and Compliance system)

6 to 8 years experience in Oracle with at least 2 to 3 years in developing and testing applications for Capital Markets (Asset management, Brokerage, Exchanges / related product company - Trading and Compliance system).
- Highly proficient in SQL Programming using PL/SQL and SQL Server T-SQL
- Work with the business analysts to understand the requirements.
- Maintain and support all the in house built systems.
- Skills and prior development experience using IBM DataStage
- Excellent analytical and problem solving and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Recommend solutions, design systems and develop software to meet requirements.
- Maintain technology expertise, keeping current with evolving systems analysis, programming and database technology.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis during QA or Regression test failures
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers on data issues and work to resolve them
