KEY EXPERIENCE:
Tech Business Systems Analyst/Project Analyst:
Education: B.S. degree or 6 years of equivalent experience in a related field.
General Experience: Must have 12+ years of progressive experience in complex web based applications development projects as a Project Analyst/Tech Business systems analyst.
Specialized Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in the role as a Technical Project Analyst with ability to interface with business users and other technology partners to participate in and perform requirements analysis/gathering, functional decomposition, Use case analysis. Ability to create and maintain project plans, provide status updates, prepare presentations a strong plus. Recent solid experience having engaged in all phases of large projects from requirements phases to production deployment in the role of a project analyst a plus.
Core Technologies Required: Project Analyst must be familiar through prior development experience with Java/J2EE technology.
Duties: Must be able to work in a team environment. Must have exposure to dealing with large dispersed functional teams and processes.
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Must be able to comfortable interact with various partners and drive requirements finalization sessions
- Must have had enough technical skills to identify technology solution and requirements fulfillment gaps
- Must be as comfortable discussing requirements with Business as with technology
